Welcome to Beyond Trails & Tales, operated by Entropia Bt. (a Hungarian-registered company). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our digital travel guides, personalized planning services, and website content.

By purchasing a travel guide or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Intellectual Property

All travel guides, content, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Beyond Trails & Tales, created and owned by Patricia Nadasi. This includes all text, photographs, layout, and original content.

The guides are protected under international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, commercial use, or distribution (in part or full) without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Each digital guide is uniquely watermarked with the buyer’s name and email address for copyright enforcement purposes.

2. Use of Digital Travel Guides

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the travel guide for your personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share or forward the PDF to others

  • Upload the content to public forums or resale platforms

  • Extract content for commercial use

If you wish to share the experience with others, kindly direct them to our official website to make their own purchase.

3. Custom Travel Planning Services

All custom plans are based on the information you provide during our consultation and pre-questionnaire. We do not book travel or accommodations on your behalf. We are strictly an advisory service, and the final responsibility for bookings and decisions lies with the client.

We are not liable for:

  • Changes in pricing or availability

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)

  • Quality of third-party services (hotels, activities, transport)

4. Purchase & Delivery

 We offer two types of products and services:

 Standard Digital Travel Guides:

These are sold and delivered through LemonSqueezy, a third-party ecommerce platform. Upon purchase, the guide will be emailed to the address provided at checkout, uniquely watermarked with your name and email. We use Zapier and PDF.co to automate this process, which temporarily process your name and email strictly for delivery and watermarking purposes. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

 Fully Personalized Travel Plans:

These are custom-made uniquely for you based on your specific requests. Payment for personalized plans is processed separately through Entropia Bt, a Hungarian-registered company, via a custom invoice issued on our individual website. Personalized plans are delivered directly to your email once payment has been confirmed. This service is not processed through LemonSqueezy.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our guides, all sales are final once the file has been delivered.

If you experience technical issues (e.g. non-delivery), please contact us at info@beyondtrailsandtales.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

In the rare case of duplicate charges or corrupted delivery, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, as Entropia Bt. is a Hungarian business entity. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if needed, submitted to the competent Hungarian courts.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, the updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the website or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of any updates.
